Kade, from what you have wrote I think you don't even know what I have been saying or why indicator mentioned me in his post. It looks to me like you think that I think MDG will never amount to anything. And that couldn't be further from the truth. MDG is going to be a huge success but you or I will never get the benefit. Go back and read my posts slowly and think what I am saying.

Paraphased:

PMI controls this company (with the blessing of the Management)

PMI holds 40% of the company.

When the time is right they will take over the company.

No one will be able to stop them because they own so much of the company now.

The share price is being held down so the buy-out will save them millions

By keeping the share price in the 50 cent range They can easily offer a $1.00 a  share

Quite a premium and come off looking like the good guys.

WRONG! They are stealing the company for a $1!!

You would think they could be happy with 40% BUT no

THEY WANT IT ALL!
