PLEASE keep in mind the numbers shown in my last  post are for illustration purposes only. YES, fully diluted MDG has more than 248,000,000 shares. AND YES PMI already owns 40% so obviously they would not have to buy those.

MY POINT: It is in their (PMI) best interests to buy the company (take it private) sooner than later. With 40% of the float they can trade back and forth within themselves and never make a dent in  the number of shares they own. To ME this is the reason our trading range has been so limited REGARDLESS of the news
