Management reps soliciting votes by phone

I just took a call from someone soliciting votes on behalf of management. They were prepared to accept my proxy over the phone. When I said I was not pleased with the sell-out he quickly lost interest in talking to me.

 

I wonder if there is a bit of a scramble to line up enough of the smaller shareholders.

I got the same call today also. I wasn't home to answer but they left a long detailed message That I should vote and how to do it Even over the phone. Looking good! This may not go through Poor Ricky! For every 10 cents more they offer us Ricky loses out on a $100,000!
