RE:RE:MVN Q2 Results Summary

RE:RE:MVN Q2 Results SummaryThe listing is a process which is taking longer than I expected.  That said I dont see any issues that would prevent a lisitng so I believe approval should come over the next few months.

On the committments there is a deal in principal and its at the hands of the bureacrats and should get done over the next few months as well.

On the pilot program the application for the program was only made in May after they got the results from the second shale well.  That should get approved soon as Pan American has indicated they are looking to drill before year end.  SInce now its about making money rather than proof of concept they will likely drill 4-5 wells at a time to save costs and optimize efficiencies.

On the JV for Curamhuele the volatility in the Argentine markets and the change of the energy ministry has slowed things down on that effort but they are still working with some folks on a potential JV deal.  Hopefully they get somehing done there over the next few months.  More important for us we get the right deal than just a deal.
