What does it cost 2022.
If we place costs at the high end, 1500 feet of Twonhomes comes in at $412k The tail end selling was 800k plus per door. The singles at 2500 finished is just under 700k with sell prices double that

I read the UBCM report and I found it funny how they blamed housing unaffordability on a whole host of issues but never took responsibility for how difficult and expensive the permitting process is
