MTO at $0.52 & BTR at $0.38 right now
MTO at $0.52 & BTR at $0.38 right nowIf I buy 10000 share of MTO at $0.52 = $5200. If the deal was to close today I would get 16000 share of BTR at $0.38 = $6080.
I think thats a good deal, a 16% return.
