Pretty hard to accpt that Dr. Copeland is "not an Insider" when he is specifically named as a member of the Medquest advisory board brain trust. 

He may not be an insider "Technically" speaking but its its pretty hard to suggest he is not influential in the Questcap/Medquest operations and overall decision process.

I have tremendous difficulty with the structure of this deal considering he is going to be "Paid for his role" and is also an advisor.
