How about some feedback from customers... one per day Just wanted to share this experience here: ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO HERE. I scheduled a test and did not recieve the service due to a mishap at the location. I have already filed a complaint with my CC company, but the lack of response (its been 5 days) from this company is severely frustrating. They will tell you to email refunds@testbeforeyougo.com in an attempt to further prolong this scam. Honestly? Go get tested for free at CVS. It’s disappointing to see corporations take advantage of people in this way. They have not refunded me for 2 tests, and for the unemployed this can be devastating. Upon calling, no information can be given by employees about current locations - ex power was out at the Folsom Location on 12/23 and I was unable to get tested with my boyfriend for appointment(s) made and which we showed up for. We were not contacted for the location inadequacy and telling us our test couldn’t be honored. We showed up for an appointment that the location could not honor an appointment and never sent a notice to me about problems. This is a huge red flag and I want at the very least, AN EXPLANATION for this. Are you so inept you cannot respond to a refund request over the course of 5 days. Now let me tell you - I do understand a holiday, but as a professional I also recognize the ability to send a response and ANY RESPONSE (even automated) within 24 hours as an acceptable timeframe. To be frank, this is not safe and I am glad I was unable to be tested because I question the ability of this company to do anything from communicating appointment confirmations to collecting actual samples efficiently.
