Probably the paperwork is already a done deal but shareholders not informed yet....    ... Anonymous shorting the Hell out of this stock & will cont'd to do so even on good news.... ... Notice the low vol & 100 share bolts... ... The swing makes for a day traders Paradise .. So I am expecting viotility, big time....

I was on the Nasdaq website and should have saved the article (I'm sure you can google it as well) and I read that the Nasdaq is swampped with companies (majority of which are biotechs) wanting to list. This could be the reason for the delay. Usually a 6 week process but given Covid and a flod of biotechs is delaying the listing. Record revenue of 31.5M and net loss now just at 0.5M. The ceo stated a few days ago he expects the nasdaq uplisting to occur in April which was the timeline i thought it would be
