Only a dividend will stabilize the SP. MEG is too volatile for most long investors. Too many day traders trying to time it. I admit I have been one of them and have made a lot of money off MEG. I have

We breached for a day shortly after the OPEC curtailment announcement, peaked at about $21.40 but ya fell sharply the next day. I'm hoping we close today above $21 and then we're smooth

Well, the exact same thing happened in Q2. The selling after Q2 was as if it was a production miss, rather than pre announced maintenance issue. Who knows how these robots operate.

Algos don't blindly sell on EPS numbers. Look at Suncor. Had a massive writedown on Fort Hills of over 3 billion that was a non cash accounting entry pulling them into a 600m
