Walford vs Manson

Walford vs Manson

Haven't posted here in a while, but this just screams for comment.

I've held MOZ since it was spun out from MAR, adding along the way.  I did very well while Walford was running the show.  Walford did small placements under terms that were favourable to the existing shareholders.  For instance, the last one he did had no warrants at all.  Share price went up and down, but the general trajectory was up.

When Manson took over, he immediatly started doing large placements at terms favourable to the new money.  I commented on it at the time.  The second time he did it (within months of taking over, iirc), I lightened up my holdings considerably.  That's about when I went silent hee.  I took some very nice profits at that point, but I retain enough of a position to keep me interested.

So I hate to see this current placement.  The terms are so favourable to the outsiders getting in, that it is inexcusable, bordering on criminal.   Management seems to have forgotten that they have a duty to current shareholders, who, after all, OWN the thing.

I'm sure Manson's resume will end up showing a wonderful success in building a mine, but every shareholder should remember his name and never, ever, get involved in any venture that includes him.
