Offer to buy Iceland assets, EDC looking at invest

Offer to buy Iceland assets, EDC looking at investing in Chile project, looking for a PPA for Dokie 2, looking to break ground on upper Toba 2, Penstock damage, shale gas in and renewable energy out of favour = lots of uncertainty.  It takes time to build a power company, so I think that is what is up, and patience is virtue. 

I do wonder how much GE sold their interests in Dokie and Toba Montrose for; I am hoping that they made a nice profit on the sale.
