A JV leaving Alterra with 30% and first visible result 3 to 5 (at least what I have in my mind) years out?
Buy of the 10% ABW Solar stake?
Downsizing Upper Toba?
Securing 100% in Jimmie Creek?
JV in Italy leaving AXY with 45% and first result... no idea when?
Sales of stakes in Dokie and ABW Solar?
We still need a PPA in Iceland so they can after (2? 3?) years of delay get the expansion on it's way.
We still do not know what our share in Jimmie Creek and Shannen will be.
We still do not have any idea of how and when projects like Dokie 2, their coastal wind projects, Bute Inlet or the pumped storage project might be developed. 5 years out or 50?
If they can get the PPA in Iceland done and forward Jimmie Creek and Shannen on a 100% owned base I am quite sure we will see some upmove in the shareprice. And if they can manage to show they will be able to fund 100% in the projects mentioned above (expect Dokie 2) I am convinced we will see further increases in share price.
So in my opinion this is a when and not an if question although the when could take 5-10 years...
I try to add on a regular base and just sit tight and hope that they hopefully put their money into forwarding their projects instead of paying a dividend as I am convinced putting the money to work in the company does earn higher returns than giving it away to greedy shareholders like me. ;-)
