There is one thing I am not sure about. If I remember right they did the last sale of the stake in HS Orka that way that HS Orka did a capital increase with which the expansion was meant to be financed?

So the problem with selling HS Orka might be to get the money out of the country to deploy it into other projects they want to forward...

And of course the question is what price they would be able to reach? If you take the last sell of the 8,4% stake for 38,5mio USD this would mean the remaining 66,6% should be valued around 300mio.?

If they can really get the 300mio. out I think this schould leave them with the ability to pay down their 120mio debt for the purchase and another 80-100mio in cash to deploy which would represent the equity stake in 2 projects the size of Jimmie Creek or Shannon.

I think they did look for selling it for sure but regulation are tricky for sure so I fear we are stuck in this for another couple of years...
