RE:RE:More insider selling.They were dispositions in the public market. So he sold them to who knows who. He is also Vice-chairman of the corporation unless the public record in multiple places is out of date. He also continues to hold just shy of 3mln shares....not really an ordinary investor in my opinion.
Anyhow, he sold 680,000 shares in last 4 months for proceeds of $219,675 or on average $0.323 per share.
He is likely turning his "compensation for services" shares into cash which has been done in a very orderly fashion.
