RE:Heavy trading
RE:Heavy trading Heavy trading often follows a major capital raise.
Some long term holders may have subscribed with the intention of selling some of their original shares at a price over $6. Then, bingo, as often happens the share price falls down to 5% or 10% below the public offering discounted price.
We need to always be prepared for a 10% to 12% thump whenever there is a new capital offering.
The price gets discounted by 5% or 6% and the brokers commission and related expenses may cost another 5% or 6%.
AXY is now grossly overpriced or grossly underpriced. If management stays inept, the share price is too high. If management wakes up and can find a way to execute then AXY is grossly underpriced.
Anyone that expresses an opinion about the future would be delusional or telling lies. There is no evidence and there are no data to support an optimistic future. Q3 might provide some good clues. The market will be shocked if the news is good. Bad news is as regular for AXY as September snows in Calgary. But, some day we could be surprised
