You grasp where the company is at.  The cumulative profit and loss statements are horrible.

This a classic case of a need for turnaround experts.  Ross Beaty has been an abysmal failure.
He knows this well but so far he has not admitted it publicly.

Current management may understand many things about green energy;  how to get permits, how to get financing, how to build power facilities.  But they are clueless about the broad business aspects. They function as if it were a government business or perhaps a non-profit charity.
Ross Beaty has now become the chief "excuser" or chief explainer of continuous failures.  There is no way to get rid of him due to his share ownership.  I imagine that he is embarrassed by the business results and his ineptitude at forecasting.  This must be tough for a man that was successful in mining.
