By 'their messages page', I mean my broker's message page when logged in there. The deadline was listed as Feb. 22 7pm, and if you didn't make a choice, then it said they would assume the choice was cash (which may or may not be fulfilled that way no matter what you choose). And any fractional shares after conversion would be paid in cash rounded up to the nearest penny.
