It's not exact math, but if you take the value of company minus any outstanding debt and then divide by amount of shares outstanding, youll get an idea of a per share price.  its not a ...more

If buyout or merger pending, and with an outstanding share count of 51,000,000 a buyout of 0.10 per share would be a company value of 5.1 million.. If 0.50 a share then 25,500,000, if 1.00 then 51,000 ...more

Things have been quiet, low volume and are awaiting results of strategic review.  But, I'll say this.   0.025 is not unreasonable.  here's hoping to more sales.
