would you be able to give me two or three reasons why I should have confidence in the future of MGX minerals and if so, over what time horizon would be a reaonable expectation for improved performance?  Appreciate your comments.

Shaker: MGX M has excellent assets and all the assets are under valued.  The shares MGX M hold in Zinc8 are worth more than 6 cents a share that MGX M is trading for.  Driftwood is  the best World class MGO mining claim in the world at this time. It is drilled out and ready for the over burden to be removed and mined. Bay Mag is located 35 miles away and their MGO mine is reaching

Your comments are quite helpful.  Can you suggest an time horizon that points to production in the viable projects?  I have been a shareholde for a number years hence my interest in an estimate of timing.  By the way, do you feel that management is spreading itself to thin over dealng with too many projects at the same time rather than focusing on one that could generate income

SHAKER:  This company is a cluster #### with control of the company in doubt. With the strugle for control going on no business deals can be made.  If you where a large mining company would you try to do a deal with MGX M when there is a doubt as to who can legally lsign deals. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm   The biggest problem with this company is sue happy american investors.

Thank you for confirming the standstll.  It would seem fair to suggest that the current standsill situation is a lose-lose situation for all. Therefore,, do you think there will be any interest in a non-legal and likely less costly process to resolve differences say in the next month or so?
