Where did you hear this? With the change of the political "changing on the guard" that recently happened in Guyana I would be surpirsed if they (who ever they is now-a-days) have any friends left in the government.

I would imagine that any kind of favorable action for Mahdia with be contingent upon having some actual financing in place prior to agreement actually taking place.
