RE:Some may think Nobody can look in the future - at that, we agree and we are all the same.
And then the similarities between us end, thank god :)
Your reasoning, just not existing.
My reasonings:
- IPO done which enables shareholder value measures
- MJS is entitled to 70,05 of the equity and net earnings. With Q1 Till May 15th, we will know if 20million net profit is in reach which equals to about 15million for MJS
-MJS has no other business then PRG. Their is nothing the money can be spend
- MJS has stated in the past, that the inner value does not reflect the share price and they want to improve this. CFO James Mackie stated in a call and in mails to others, that share holder value measures are discussed and a dividend is part of this discussion
- a decission on share holder value should come around mid of June. The AGM items will come until 11.06. A dividend must be approved at the AGM
- the small shareholder majority will decide at the end. Kong has 13%. The rest is unknown. (Period) The only way this small group with big holdings can benefit is though a dividend, because everything else will not keep value when they decided to sell big packages
- I believe in their(shareholder majority) natural profit interest. The price for most of the private placements is around 0,2$ I think. 100% would be reasonable for this kind of invest
-veey good cash position and stable business Modell with very promising net earnings estimated
- the price for the new mining asset will be published until July. Then we know if it's good price for good value. It is unlikely that it will cost so much, that a dividend could not be financed
- The list could be longer
You can be right out of the wrong reasons or wise versa. Honestly, I am not interested in opinions and especially not in yours, if they are not backed up by arguments and reason.
My disappointment in the MGM was mainly due to me not knowing and understanding that they can't implement share holder value measures due to the IPO. That a process that was announced as at least 3 months took 2 years escalated this disappointment and showed a profound unprofessionalim and middle finger attitude for us, small investors.
Bottom line is, the IPO is done, MGM is free to announce everything. The small shareholder majority has a natural profit interest and will decided what is happening in the end. Cash positions, profit estimates for 2024 are excellent, unlikely that the new asset will cost so much that a dividend couldn't be financed. And a dividend is the only way to really benefit the small shareholder majority.
I am as bullish as never before. For good reason :)
