You guys talk..And only state what is obvious to even the challenged,Scottie says that the exchange is aware of the halt...are you kidding me??Of course the're aware of it...it may be a crooked exchange to some but get real Scotty...ALL Halts have to go through the exchange LOL...good grief guys...are you guys posting just to boost self -worth? ..its not working.
