RE:RE:class action is the way to goThere will be no class action suit.I've owned dirtier company's in the past Scottie that were 'almost' fraudulant by the admission of legal council.The problem is that small retail investors have neither the clout nor the money to pursue legal recourse...Besides the large shareholders always get a slice of whats left..retailors get zero..its always the same.And fraud in the stock market.. especially involving a company going bankrupt is almost impossible to prove.The defense is always the same..."we thought we were doing the best for the company and its shareholders"..."who could have known how the markets were going to go?'..."who could have predicted oil prices?" the excuses go on and on.
That defense is bulletproof %99.9 of the time.
