9 years It may never see $4 again and you may need another 2 years to get this stock price up but buying at this level can really bring you average down and with a little trading. That is what I done bringing my average to 9 cents and have alot of shares and willing to hold until it does rise.

PS Adit- Think PEN and BBI will out perform DEI but all great companies in the same play.
