Who honestly beleives in their hearst Peter will ever bring the share price up again?

It may never see $4 again and you may need another  2 years to get this stock price up but buying at this level can really bring you average down and with a little trading. That is what I done bringing my average to 9 cents and have alot of shares and willing to hold until it does rise. Glta Richy PS Adit- Think PEN and BBI will out perform DEI but all great companies in the same play.

10 for 1 rollback. Just announced. The stock is way down. Good job Peter!!!!

Supported this stock for four years and talk about a change of heart. How many times do you have to average down on this POS. At 62million shares why now Peter. Still a low float and it's the market not the company, there is a good resource here to build on. Certainly hope this doesn't go through and I will be voting no for the proposed consolidation if there is a vote. Glta suckers Richy

There are pending drill results and then the resource. What is the intention of the Board of Directors with this company? It will be interesting how many shares the management will take in the PP which of course after the rollback and after the resource. I am truly shocked.

A terrible time and no reason for this roll back proposal. The company announced late last yeat that a new resource will be calculated. I purchased this stock last summer when my broker told me about the financing and who was behind the company. Further due dilgence showed that almost $20 million was spent on exploration and that this group is related to Ethos Capital who is part of the Cardero ...more

HONESTLY FOLKS, WHAT IS GOING ON HERE? What could the logical reason be for a share rollback? If the reasoning behind this is to elevate the share price, try doing your jobs. Get behind this business and run it; open your eyes as to what we have here. I am oposed to a share rollback, and am seriously questioning the board's decision on this one. Fridays sp drop is a good reflection, in my ...more

It's sad and disappointing.  Hard to know the motive here but it certainly doesn’t appear to be good. I always hoped Peter was up to something clever. That does not look to be the case.

I agree Duck, finally.  Naturally they left themselves an out in the NR but seriously why is this even a discussion.  To a maximum of a 10-1 rollback?  There is no reason other than greed here.  I cannot see any upside to this, all it tells shareholders to do is panic and sell.  Maybe that is the strategy so cheap shares can be accumulated then no roll back...hmmmmm ...more

I decided to hold on because I want to see the new resource. My broker who introduced me to this company last summer is also very disappointed in management's decision to rollback the stock. This decision which was disseminated on a Friday afternoon is plain sneaky and wrong. We have no idea what the rollback will be which now puts a huge doubt my investment. In my opinion, this proposal shows ...more

If you look at their website and the credentials of the directors, it appears they have a strong board. Long story short, actions speak louder than words. It also appears the amount of effort to move this stock forward may be questionable. To the board, is .07 sp acceptable? Share rollback, why and what is the benefit? With the amount of experience in the management of this company, one would ...more

Any news Mr. Rogers????   I've heard nothing, anyone else care to chime in?  All the shareholders want is to be protected and we all know we have a great resource here.  We just need it to be managed properly!! Hey, Peter if you read these blogs, we expect more from you and the rest of the manangement team!     boomer

No results from the AGM. No results from the new resource. Peter, you should be fired.
