Given the opening sp ask of .065, and the fact the bid is at 0.055, one would conclude that in the light of a share rollback of 10 for 1, the sp could/should be, in same conditions between .55 and .65 cents per share. If the fundamentals of this stock don't drastically change with the exception of outstanding shares, who in their right mind will pay that price? Yes we have some results pending, but will it be enough to sustain the new stock price? Every company that I have bought into who have chosen the rollback, sp dwindled back to its original price within months. Still keeping an open mind, but discouraged with management overall. Their reputation in the past was top notch, but again in relation to current company performance, needs to be re-evaluated. Just a view from the cheap seats folks. Watching insider trading closely.

Cheers.
