I think you just discovered the reason for the consolidation of the shares. I bot into BMC.V (see Grandich blog today for the "why"), and noted that SG.V is in discussion with MMI and PGR. Not saying I would buy prior to the share consolidation (usually a bad idea), but I will be watching for the SP after the consolidation. Interesting.
