My take on all this.There is much to be said about everyones comments. I have owned this turkey before it went to 80 cents and still do. I hold 500,000 pmi and 500,000 mnp. The company through the years, if not disingenuous. Is at least very opaque in their statements and actions. Also, less than forthcoming in answering questions that are asked of them. Years ago Undiscovered Equities was a big promoter of mnap. The SEC has shut them down for stock manipulation. It is things like this that make it hard to get exicited about new proposales. That being said. To me it looks like a company that wants to go public has made a wise choice. It is easy to buy a shell. It is hard to buy one with a base of investors. But here they get all that and a company in their industry. That has what looks like great potential. My personal feeling is that not only was mnap been mismanaged, managedment was just plain stupid. But I have no way of knowing, why they made some of the decisions that they did. Why have I held it all these years. I have no idea. Perhaps, being POLISH is the answer. Best of luck to all.
