RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:NewsLosecash you can bet they still have some or all of their spinout shares.
Think what you want about D.R the fact that they just "gifted" themselves
options at 1.65 in front of closing the warrant/share prospectus that he and the others
are more than sure that FCU gets taken out a fair bit north of there.

It serves no purpose to do anything with the bulk of your FCU shares other than to hold for
the eventual buyout within 24 months.

The same goes for Ainsworth's AEX. If there is any group out there in this space capable of
going 3 for 3 in the last 10 years it is them. I still have my spinouts and although my .65 cent stack
is looking less attractive right now I like its chances.

I do agree it is a shame they aren't running the company.... just look at how they finance when they
make a discovery... no warrants/options until its clear they have a tiger by the tail

Lev

P.S. I would vote for the former Alpha triumvirate being granted incentive options to be part of the
"consultants" group! ;) Pipe dream I know!
