Dr. Charles Fipke reports

HIGHLY ANOMALOUS RADONEX RESULTS RECEIVED FROM MPVC NW MANITOBA PROJECT

MPVC Inc. has received highly anomalous results from a recently completed radon-in-water survey over Maguire Lake. This is located within the company's northwest Manitoba uranium project, which was recently optioned from CanAlaska Uranium Ltd.

Radon In Water Survey Highlights

MPVC's radon in lake water survey is now complete at Maguire Lake, located within the 143,603 hectare Northwest Manitoba project. The radon survey was conducted by RadonEx Exploration Management of St. Lazare, Quebec and comprised of 1,399 samples collected over the 10km length of Maguire Lake. Sample stations were located at 25m intervals along lines spaced at 200m.

To date only preliminary results have been received from RadonEx, and RadonEx has advised the company that these results may be subject to minor adjustments when the data is normalized. It is expected that the results could increase or decrease by up to 10%.

The radon in water results are exceptionally high. To the author's knowledge the only survey to have higher radon in water results is the Patterson Lake South survey which outlined Fission Uranium's recent exceptional uranium discovery. At Maguire Lake the radon in water results ranged from -124 to 573 picocuries per litre (pCi/L). Of the 1,399 samples, 41 samples had results greater than 100 pCi/L, 14 samples had results greater than 200 pCi/L, 8 samples had results greater than 300pCi/L and 4 samples had results greater than 400pCi/L.Of significant note, these results extend linear trends defined by the AlphaTrack Services' radon in soil survey previously completed over the land portions of the 10km x 3km Maguire Lake survey area. Similar to the AlphaTrack survey the Radonex results show that the survey area in general has an elevated radon gas content, potentially reflecting buried uranium occurrences at depth.

Radon Anomalies and Geophysical Survey Results

The Maguire Lake area has had an airborne magnetic / VLF / radiometric survey flown in 2006, an airborne VTEM survey by Geotech in 2007 and a limited ground gravity survey in 2012. MPVC contracted Initial Exploration Services to complete a ground gravity survey to fill in the missing areas of the previous gravity survey to provide complete gravity coverage over Maguire Lake. The field collection of the gravity data is now complete and the company is awaiting the results. The 2006 airborne magnetic survey outlined broken and repeated magnetic units thought to represent folded and faulted units. Faulting can provide the structural pathway for mineralizing fluids to travel. The VTEM survey in 2007 identified a 35km long linear conductive unit, which parallels the northern shore of Maguire Lake and lies within the radon survey area. This conductor is thought to reflect a graphitic unit, which could act as a reductant, causing uranium to precipitate out of the mineralizing fluids. Within the existing ground gravity coverage there are several gravity lows. These gravity lows could represent the alteration haloes in rocks near where mineralizing fluids are present. This alteration typically decreases the density of the rocks, thereby producing a gravity low.The combination of both the radon and geophysical results have identified numerous potential drill targets that could contain significant uranium mineralization within the Maguire Lake focus area. The highly prospective nature of the Maguire Lake area is borne out by the previous prospecting results that have identified in situ mineralization of up to 9.5% U3O8 and boulders containing in excess of 65% UA 3O8.

Future Work

A rotary air blast drill is set to be mobilized to the project. It is expected to be on site in the near future. In addition, a state of the art high resolution gamma spectrometer system is being mobilized to site to analyze drill cuttings for uranium and its daughter products. The system is intended to be utilized to detect young uranium which is not radioactive and therefore not detectible with other field instruments. The spectrometer is also capable of detecting radon which has a half life of 3.8 days and lead 210 which has a half life of 22 years. With this instrument the Company will be able to provide near real time results to guide its ongoing exploration. If the shallow but quick rotary air blast drill does not intersect uranium mineralization in the bedrock underlying glacial tills, the detection of anomalous young uranium, radon or lead 210 ascending along fractures would signal the presence of an uranium deposit at depth. A core drill unit capable of penetrating to depths of 1,000 meters is presently being mobilized to the site so that potentially deeper deposits detected with the new instrumentation can be tested. The technical information and results reported here have been reviewed by Chad Ulansky, PGeol, a qualified person under National Instrument 43-101, who is responsible for the technical content of this release.

Correction.. Huge News! Having been part of the PLS run with Alpha Minerals there are some very important takeaways from this water survey beyond the highly elevated levels of radon seepage A rotary air blast drill is set to be mobilized to the project. It is expected to be on site in the near future. In addition, a state of the art high resolution gamma spectrometer system is being mobilized ...more

Looking really good, definitely some strong results in there, and that's over 10 km tested...Now if I understand it correctly the more shallow the depth the less the radon gas will drift meaning it's a better and more accurate indicator of what lies beneath... and this is a shallow deposit.. Unfortunately the spot price has slid hard the last few weeks and all uranium stocks have been ...more
Comment by leverage1971 on May 07, 2014 9:47am
Campin you are correct about radon gas drifting and we both know that at Patterson Lake these radon signatures were instrumental in finding the 360E zone specifically. Correct my speculation if it is off but have you noticed the continued referencing of the PLS discovery and that UNO's methodology appears to be a mirror of the Alpha/FIS team? It seems that at least one junior U308 team has ...more
Comment by Campin on May 07, 2014 9:58am
I think you're right, all these juniors are trying to follow a similar pattern... Wonder if we will see "Dev the patent troll" try to take a chunk, assuming (as crazy as it sounds) he actually is granted that patent he is going after... lol..
Comment by speculator on May 07, 2014 10:24am
Campin - if you mean discovering the Patterson Lake deposit, Dev had nothing to do with it, it was Garret and Ben Ainsworth who discovered it. Just for the record.
Comment by Campin on May 07, 2014 10:42am
I know it was the AEX team... I'm huge fans of theres... Just that Dev has always tried to claim credit for him and his people and he has that "patent-pending technology" that he suggests is how PLS was discovered...   I think the patent stuff is BS.. But Dirty Dev will try...

Good deal on shares still. If they hit something should be exponential from this level. Im guessing many are waiting for a few holes hitting to derisk the play. Just remember amw started at .20 I believe after the eso .02 10 for 1. Then boom !
Comment by speculator on May 07, 2014 12:39pm
Campin -  I am a good friend of Ben and know the story. Ben is too a nice guy to say anything but he had a hard time working with Dev. Unfortunately he was out of money and needed a J/V to continue developing the project  Dev takes all the credit for.
Comment by losecash on May 07, 2014 12:45pm
I would love to hear that story in full. Pls would have been in much more capable hands with Ainsworth and gunning. I still think there is money to be made there but it wont be as much with devina at the helm. Essentially that deposit is so good a monkey could be running company and do okay. This play should be strongly held should they strike. Keep the manipulators out for the near term anyways.

Interesting, that Chuck is putting his name on the release, instead of Chad. As far as I can see, Chuck is not on the BOD.

Read a little closer "Consultant Geologist" maybe he needs a salary (that was a joke) All the best  Lev
Comment by bandi10 on May 07, 2014 11:31pm
Are you implying, that Chuck doesn't like money? Maybe his horses haven't won too many races lately. Either way good luck to you guys with this venture, since none of his other ones were very good for minor investors.

Fipke has written the last two geological reports and has invested in the company. I do hope he has nothing to do with running the company.   Like you said, all his companies turned out to be a disaster. Perhaps somebody should phone the company to find out what his role in the company is.
Comment by losecash on May 08, 2014 8:29am
I dont know much about his other companies other then his diamond success. I am here due the compelling geology On this property regarding uranium. As long as they can mobilize the drills to sight like they say they are and get them turning over the outlined targets. In the early stages thats about all you ...more

Bandi are you implying that there are no examples of companies with management teams that have success after several failures? or the reverse? I can supply you with a list of companies I have made money on for the first question and many I can help answer the second. I have attended AGM's of both of Fipke's previous companies ( CD and MTX) for over 15 years. The last ten tears have been similar, in that promises are made at the AGM, but never kept. Lots of hype and then no follow up. Not much time here to get the drilling done, if the permits expire in a couple of months. Fairly said Bandi... I would agree most notably with your point about "promoting." Having tried out the area plays around PLS for the last 6-8 months since the AMW/FIS merge I can tell you the model that those companies created for prospecting/ drilling/ reporting and ultimately communicating results has not been followed by the area plays around Patterson Lake. Now UNO has not started ...more

It bears mentioning that for those exercising their right to sell at 2.5 cents above the latest financing please understand that you own or owned a stock that is telling you something; and that is it is rife with signatures of a potential shallow uranium deposit. leverage 1971, please correct me if I am wrong. CVV spent $6 million on the property whitout drilling one single hole. If it that good why did Dasler option it out? As far as CVV look at where Cree Lake deposit is located... with the growth of the Phoenix deposit in late 2012 until now it is pretty clear that part of the Athabasca Basin didn't end at McArthur River or Cigar Lake. Lev - do you mind if I show your post and reasoning Ben Ainsworth for his opinion?  He is coming back tomorrow from Scottsdale, Garrett's wedding. PS why did you cross out your post?
Comment by leverage1971 on May 09, 2014 11:55pm
Are you kidding? Don't share my post send him to Malcolm Shaw's Seeking Alpha article. The Ainsworth's and Dr Gunning are above reproach and so their perspective  would be invaluable should you be able to receive insight from one of them. Don't waste Sr Ainsworth's time on my opinions  send him to Shaws commentary. Why is it crossed out? No clue but its annoying

I will ask him to answer you directly but it will not be before Tuesday. He is just coming back, having been away for 10 days  and will have a lot of catching up to do.  If that's OK with you? Any questions you have, please let me know.

I have a question. Not sure if they are still considered insiders on fcu or not. Did that crew sell or are they holding their fcu shares? Its too bad they were not running that company.
Comment by leverage1971 on May 10, 2014 10:43am
Losecash you can bet they still have some or all of their spinout shares. Think what you want about D.R the fact that they just "gifted" themselves options at 1.65 in front of closing the warrant/share prospectus that he and the others are more than sure that FCU gets taken out a fair bit north of there. I was never a pumper, just a believer in the properties' potential. The potential is still there, but I have lost patience with the bs at AGMs and lack of any real action afterwards. The CD AGM was the final straw, when they passed the resolution, reagrding the re-pricing of the options,  without actually counting the votes on the floor.
