Of course the bought deal is off as who would do a deal at 4 with the stock at 2.50? The whole MJ sector dropped right after the deal was announced. Upside is, less dilution and they just closed 40MM in January. Also getting rid of board members who are slowing down the company should free up the company from useless, and reckless directors who have been making bad business decisions whereas Ben has made good moves such as McKesson and Germany. The shares will be cheap tmrw
