RE:RE:US AGCannabis reform will be left up to the states. The most progressive states have already legalized. There are 33 states with medical cannabis but in many of them, like Missouri and Utah yesterday, the definition of who can get access to a medical card is very narrow. Only the neediest sick people qualify. Utah will have roughly 5000 cards, obviously not enough to create a viable market.
the best we can hope for in the US is federal rescheduling, but big pharma will continue to fight tooth and nail to prevent it.
IMO, THC won’t be federally legalized for decades. The conservative US will resist legalizing a narcotic.
