you pulled that from the ICC website, not wayland website.    of course ICC is promoting it that way, but the deal as posted in the official PR does NOT make any such claims!     If there is some kind of contractual agreement for this , it was NOT noted in the pr yet it is a crucial point without which the deal is WORTHLESS AND WORSE THAN NOTHING.
