Noticed they threw in: "Shipments from Waylands state-of-the-art EU-GMP designated facility in Langton, Ontario to Cannamedical in Germany have also begun." ... could still be a ways out to finalize all paper work at start the 6 month clock...Their news release from the LoI: "The current intention is to spin out the 300,000,000 ICC shares to WAYL shareholders at the appropriate time after the six-month holding period"
