Wayland ICC deal - 30,000kg supply agreement

Wayland ICC deal - 30,000kg supply agreement I missed this part of the NR. Wayland will supply ICC 30,000kg over 3 years. I assume this is in addition to the international JV.

So assuming this is a straight up supply agreement for ICC’s other jurisdictions @ $4-$5/ gram wholesale, that is an additional $120,000,000- $150,000,000 in gross revenue to Wayland.

I assume bulk shipment and not bagged and tagged, (so around $1-$1.20 fob)  per gram) that’s $80,000,000- $90,000,000 Net revenue.  Hope somebody wakes up to this before Canopy comes calling:)

In addition, under the proposed transaction Wayland will sign a three-year supply agreement with ICC that will supply ICC with 10,000kg of EU-GMP certified product per year, for a total of 30,000kg during the term.
