Cash was stolen from shareholders and not put into completing the facility, the foreign investments were nothing but handing out money to people who likely paid "finders fees", who knows how bad it is.... but it's obviously bad enough that they are scrambling with the Crypto deal to try and get something out of their shares in the long run..... surprised a class action hasn't shown up yet.... if there is count me in!
