In a statement posted by the current CEO to the Facebook group this CRY transaction requires NO vote by the shareholders.....yeah there we go again just like the ICC deal for the Benwart spin off of the international assets that to this say investors truly were not detailed what was included in the sale. I wrote a letter to the CSE and they stated that the transactions required NO shareholder vote. Benwart drove Wayland into the ground.
