A Definitive agreement has been reached
nothing more to speculate. The company is being sold for a max amount of 12.4m to Ring International and if this does not happen by the 21st of this month than it's likely all assets will be picked apart and liquidated. 3.5 would suck, but better than nothing, and a small tiny chance it could eventually go back up
