RE: RE: RE: jmlguy

RE: RE: RE: jmlguyI don't really understand all the bitchin' and back-biting on this board. If the whittle pit shell models are for real, and I have read nothing to indicate that they are not, then this stock sure seems to be undervalued at 14-ish cents. We are after all talking about a good-sized proven gold resource.

The big question mark is Medi's ability to get  a mine into production, in which case a  SP of $1.50 or more is completely possible. News of a JV will almost guarantee that we will see shovels in the ground sooner rather than later. Additionally a JV will allow for a lot more drilling with a high probabilty to increase the size of the resource. As stated in previous posts there is indeed "blue sky" potential in the property and the stock obviously will respond to an increased gold resource.

All of that is very possible, but at the same time let's not kid ourselves, MNR is still a speculative play. With no JV the whole thing will likely fold up like a cheap lawnchair - that much is obvious. So ultimately you have to ask yourself how much faith do you have in Peter Guest and the MNR team to put a deal together? If the answer is "very little", then best to cut & run now, b/c the SP isn't going to get any better.

For those that have faith and/or are not adverse to risk I would suggest buying now only what you can afford to lose, which is what I've been doing. IMHO any stock with this kind of potential upside that can be bought at less than 1500 bucks for 10,000 shares is worth throwing a bit of extra cash at when  you can.
