Encouraging news but.......When it comes to putting a deal together, what it all boils down to is how much of a percentage is Peter hoping to retain while having a JV partner finance how much of the project? If Mr. Guest is being unreasonable, then we won't see a JV from anybody. Remember MNR needs a JV partner more than a JV partner needs MNR. Not trying to be a killjoy here folks, just being realistic.
