Clarification

ClarificationI'm wondering why WM's post shows P.Guest aquiring 450K shares with a date of Oct. 29, but everthing that I can find shows Oct. 29th's daily volume at just over 289K shares? Is the insider trading quote delayed? If so why does it appear to show the trade date as Oct. 29th. and not the 28th or 27th? Just wondering.
