Mackvorkian is right. No-one that I know has received any proxy stuff either. It looks a land-grab by the Waratah crowd. How legal is that!?

Rumour has it that Clarke, Ecclestone and one of the Turkish partners still constitute the board of the Turkish subsidiary. If this is true then there is hope that these Waratah people won't get their hands on the asset so easily.
