Shell Game?How many months have long-suffering shareholders got to wait for some action here? What happened to the $1.5mn financing, of which $1.25mn was firm? At 5 cents, no less?
The company announced this two months ago and some poor suckers believed them and bought the stock. Since the not a squeak. Might it be true what the former management said that this crew were just carpetbaggers fronting for a shady West African tax exile?
Sedar filings show the company with $200 in cash (yes, two hundred dollars) at the end of the June quarter. There has been no funding since, so what is the company running on? Distilled BS in its refined form?
Its time the TSX or BCSC grabbed these jokers by the collar and shook some money out of them..
