You're welcome TB. I'm surprised to see our SP dropping because at this point, the only factor is the exchange rate (and by my calculation, we should be around $21.30). Unless of course, investors are speculating that the deal may be voted down which is highly unlikely given the $53 million break fee. GLTA

Shareholders should communicate to the company they intend to vote "No" unless the offer is sweetened. These assets are going for a steal. The $53million break-fee is peanuts compared to the embedded costs of internalizing management some months ago.
