I always found the most cringeworthy people are the ones that have to make personal attacks to try and make a point because they are incapable of actual discussion. What makes it more cringeworthy is when their opinion is factually incorrect.
If you read my post, I do not doubt the signifigance of the news and have no issue with the juristiction. Its good news 100%
My issue is with how this company is marketing their shares. I can assure you, my understanding of corporate finance is pretty good as is my knowledge the TSX regulations. I am 100% sure, the company did not require a market halt to disseminate the press release. There are biotechs making those moves all the time without halting and exchanges don't hold up press releases that long to " check the wording", its normal course operations. If you disagree, educate yourself at little more on the regulatory requirements or speak to someone at market surveillance to increase your understanding.
As i said, I wish they would stop playing with the stock and let results speak for themselves. You aren't attracting the bigger players required to move this stock to the next level with paid interviews, paid Kevin o leary shout outs, and unnecessary market halts. Who ever is giving the company IR/PR advice is terrible. Get rid of him. Lets go.
