good company wrecking their name by doing dumb things.  they didn't need to halt their stock for that.  at the very most, it could have been released after market yesterday.  Who ever is advising these guys is making them look bad.

I think what's actually occuring is that many investors aren't seeing the signficance of today's NR. It not only is a whole new pathway to mass production and revenue (or licensing deal) that is now added to their pipeline, but is one that aims to be implemented in a human population of 163,000,000 people and 67 Billion animals.  This is absolutely something that warrants a halt

You make as much sense as a flat-earther. A deal with any government is massive. Guaranteed revenue, and a targete audience of 70-120 billion  (lightly counted).
