What happens to shareholders?

New January 2017 presentation on MNV's website says that the public corporation will be dissolved.  Does anyone know what happens to the shareholders when this occurs?  Thanks.

Yes, its over. The company is nearly bankrupty, the last pieces from goldstorm are sold to Redfern privately. Ziggurat will be sold for the liabilities from the company. It is nearly over, all what Redfern were trying to get money doesn't functioned and this terrible story will have an end. Redfern has lost several millions in this company and he is the person who lost the most. After this ...more

Micky, are you saying that valuable MNV company assets have been sold/are being sold to a principal of the company?  Is this legal in Canada?  Disclosure and disclaimer:  I own shares of MNV, just my opinions, and not investment advice.

No, I say the valuable properties were all owned by Redfern, and he mustn't buy it. They were only lend to the company and now he got it back. His contracts with the company were so. Only a small piece from goldstorm were owned by the company. Yesterday Redfern bought this for 3000$. Now goldstorm is completely in the hand from Redfern. I think we will soon see which company will drill there ...more
