RE:RE:Australian project updated in PUFs (AGRA) news release today

RE:RE:Australian project updated in PUFs (AGRA) news release todayOn what basis do you say the proper information was not submitted the first time?  You may be short on knowledge of the AUS licencing process.

The applicant submits their application with the documentation and information required to accompany the application.  AUS authorities then review the submission(s).  They then ask additional questions and request additional documents/information.  The Applicant typically has no idea what additional questions will be forthcoming. That is because each applicaition is fact specific in terms of participants, grow location and grow facilities.  Very much similar to the CAD process.

IMO, Solaris most likely failed to respond to the additional questions and/or provide the additional documents within the required time frames.  Should they have missed the deadline?  Clearly no.  There has be no statement from Solaris as to why the deadline was missed.  That would be a helpful bit of info.
