Slurry pipelines in IDEAL conditions are never longer than 250 kms; how does NML plan on getting a pipeline built that is three times the maximum length in arctic conditions? Please see page 10 of the report - NML plans on building a slurrly pipeline that is 750 kms long in teh arctic - this has never been done before. Would you kindly show me even one pipeline anywhere in the world in any location that is even 500 kms long.
I also refer you to page 95 of the report - this section reports that great success with slurrly pipelines has been had in similar arctic conditions in Siberia for a majestic length of 30 kms... 30 kms.. not 100, and not even close to 750 kms. whoops.
